∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation from a reputed university. (Major in Marketing).
∎ Diploma/Course done on Digital Marketing will be given high preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client Service/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Online Newspaper/ News Portal

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain official social media pages.
∎ Developing online marketing strategies and strengthening brand image by effectively devising and executing communications.
∎ Work closely with the marketing manager to design marketing campaigns.
∎ Create a caption in both Bangla & English language.
∎ Grow the social media communities of each platform.
∎ Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website.
∎ Work along with website content team.
∎ Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.
∎ Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4-6 years of working experience in Social Media Marketing/Digital Marketing.
∎ Expert in verbal and written communication (Bengali & English)
∎ The ability to communicate ideas in a concise and effective manner (written & verbally)
∎ Ability to work in a team environment
∎ Good at research work.
∎ The ability to take initiative
