Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating shareable video content and deliverables to support greater brand awareness and engagement/views.
∎ Create and share content regularly to Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Hostel.
∎ Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests.
∎ Consult with daily visitor and complete the booking process.
∎ Assisting with daily front desk operation such as Check-inn and Check-out, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries or complaints and updating records.
∎ Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints and processing guest payments.
∎ Any other task assign by supervisor/management.
