∎ Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and YouTube pages.
∎ Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
∎ Create, schedule, and manage social media posts and marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitor and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies.
∎ Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to improve satisfaction.
∎ Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
∎ Generate leads and drive customer engagement through interactive content.
∎ Conduct basic graphic design or video editing for social media posts.
∎ Assist in running paid advertisements and promotions on social media platforms.
∎ Maintain an organized record of customer queries and feedback for future improvements.
