Responsibilities & Context:
- Respond to messages and inquiries on Skyship’s official Facebook page.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers who have previously used Skyship’s shipping services.
- Re-engage with inactive customers who haven’t used the service in a while (via WhatsApp, call, or inbox).
- Follow up with customers regarding their shipping experience and satisfaction.
- Inform customers about new offers, services, or updates from Skyship.
