∎ Minimum Qualifications
∎ · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, ,a related field or equivalent experience.
∎ · At least 1 year of experience managing Facebook business pages or social media platforms or no experience.
∎ · Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and grow a social media following.
∎ · Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
∎ ·Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including content creation, SEO, and social media advertising.
∎ · Basic knowledge of men's fashion trends, styles, and customer preferences.
∎ · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ · Ability to create compelling and persuasive content for social media posts.
∎ ·Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop for creating social media visuals.
∎ · Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service online.
∎ · Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
∎ Preferred Qualifications
∎ · Ability to stay updated with current and upcoming fashion trends in Bangladesh.
∎ · Proven track record of successfully growing a brand's social media presence and increasing sales.
∎ · Expertise in other digital marketing channels such as email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.· Ability to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
∎ ·Experience in leading a team or managing multiple social media accounts for various brands.
∎ ·Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ · Ability to localize marketing strategies to appeal to the Bangladeshi audience.
∎ Responsibilities
∎ • To grow sell our product
∎ • Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow Innovara's Facebook business page.
∎ • Manage product listings and promotions on Facebook Marketplace and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
∎ • Monitor online sales performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
∎ • Engage with customers through social media, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
∎ •Foster a strong online community by encouraging user-generated content and customer reviews.
∎ • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
∎ About the Job: Innovara, a thriving fashion brand in Bangladesh, is looking for a committed specialist in Social Media and E-commerce. The main task will be to oversee and grow our Facebook business page, with a primary focus on men's fashion items like T-shirts and Panjabi. The perfect candidate should have a solid experience in managing social media, digital marketing, and engaging with customers. Your responsibilities will include creating captivating content, running targeted ad campaigns, and boosting online sales. After July, when we expand to women's and children's fashion, you will play a vital role in expanding our online presence and increasing brand recognition.
