∎ We are looking for potential and experienced candidates for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist for Technogym.Dhaka. We need to hire an SEO Expert & Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team to encourage and influence luxury Gym &fitness equipment sales. In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementation & sales plans, and creative planning and execution campaigns, and develop marketing areas, writing content besides SEO. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Candidates will get priority if they have 2 to 5 years of experience in a good company in the same field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts. Expertise in Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and YouTube marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns;
∎ Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition;
∎ Design-build and maintain our social media presence;
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing;
∎ Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs);
∎ Plan and execute all Web, SEO, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns;
∎ Applicant must be achieve the communicate with online clients and answer queries;
∎ Identify the target market, sales channel, and execution of online posts;
∎ To maintain clients' queries and inform the prices cordially;
∎ To submit any queries from clients back in the office;
∎ Keep close contact with the customers;
∎ Conduct Market Surveys on competitor's activities, prices, programs and report to the management regularly;
∎ Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied Clients into satisfied Clients;
∎ Assist in developing, planning, and executing promotional activities and campaigns;
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Proficiency in computer operation and internet browsing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Marketing, telesales.
∎ Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
∎ Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator &Photoshop.
∎ Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
∎ Experience with B2B & B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
∎ Skills and experience in creative content writing.
∎ Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
