∎ We are looking for potential and experienced candidates for the position of General Manager - Commercial& Operation (Import) for Technogym.Dhaka. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Candidates will get priority if they have 10 to 12years` experience in good company in same field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation:
∎ Organizing events to increase staff motivation and engagement
∎ Analyzing data to calculate the cost-benefit ratio
∎ Locating problems in the company's supply chain through quality control checks
∎ Establishing and monitoring employee schedules
∎ Creating programs for employees' professional development
∎ Establishing objectives for increased output and improved efficiency
∎ Monitoring the overall budget of the business as well as departmental budgets
∎ Establishing corporate guidelines and Examining the company's resource management and looking for ways to boost employee productivity
∎ Resolving inventory management concerns
∎ Constructing logistics-enhancing solutions

∎ Commercial:
∎
∎ Monitor commercial team & Follow up their day to day activities of import, Bond-Customs B2B L/C opening etc.
∎ Prepare import invoice as per Sales Contract or L/C terms, submit to Banks and negotiate/purchase .
∎ Make sure Insurance Coverage Note, PI and all such other documents meet all the formalities and requirements as specified by the banks for L/Cs
∎ Follow up with banks for receiving notification about the shipment documents, confirm the payment and get the document released from the bank for clearing goods.
∎ Follow up to resolve issues with shipping line, Port, C&F agent etc.
∎ Communicate & Physical visit to Bank, Bond-Customs as on when required.
∎ Follow up with Import team to manage on time in house all GYM & Fitness Equipmments, import process following import Policies.
∎ Follow up banks for each and every transaction of the company and ask vouchers from banks for that transaction.
∎ Understanding of documents retirement & acceptance process for Import.
∎ Check & understand all terms and condition of contracts to protect company.
∎ Ensure all other activities of Commercial Department i.e. insurance, customs audit & Original import documents on time submission to clear goods.
∎ Support A/C & Finance department on priority.
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management. Prepared and collected incentive on Regular basis.
∎ Monitor & Guide team to work with Government institutions & autonomous bodies i.e. BANK, EPB, CUSTOM-BOND etc.
∎ Guide Cash incentive team as well as supervise their work to get cash flow on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years experienced in any national or multinational Freight Forwarding Company.
∎ At least 10-15 years of work experience
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
