∎ Passion for social media and proficiency with major platforms ( Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Tiktok etc)
∎ Experience in marketing and sales coordination, with an understanding of B2C social media engagement.
∎ Excellent social listening skill and ability to understand audience needs
∎ Comfortable working in a remote environment, with a professional setup for a daily video calls.
∎ Facebook Ads and Google Ads proficiency
∎ 1 - 2 years of experience in B2C social media management, sales, marketing and content development.
∎ Experience managing multiple client accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
∎ Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
∎ Use social media management tools to schedule posts and track performance.
∎ Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
∎ Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports on social media performance.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
∎ Utilize Google Sheets and Excel to manage data, track KPIs, and report results.
∎ Maintain a professional remote work environment, suitable for conference calls and daily video meetings.
∎ Handle multiple client’s social media accounts, page and campaigns.
