Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strategically develop, schedule, and publish high-quality content across key social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Work closely with marketing and creative departments to ensure all social media content aligns with broader campaign strategies and brand messaging.

  • Proactively manage daily activity across social channels, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions with professionalism and timeliness.

  • Plan and produce visually compelling and well-written content—such as photos, videos, reels, and branded graphics—to support marketing objectives.

  • Generate and present original, innovative content ideas for promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

  • Ensure all content adheres to the company’s tone, voice, and visual guidelines through close coordination with design and brand teams.

  • Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to create timely, relevant, and engaging content.

  • Maintain and manage an organized content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all content pieces and campaign rollouts.

  • Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools; compile performance reports and provide data-driven insights for optimization.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of paid social campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.

  • Participate in the coverage and promotion of live events, launches, and other brand activities, both online and on-site.
