W3Codex is a content and marketing studio in based on Mirpur, Dhaka. We make content and videos for different platforms, we provide full training for learning. This internship is how we grow that team.

This is a paid internship: Flexible time, six days a week (off: Saturday), Remote.

What You'll Do:

• Learn and Level Up: Actively complete structured training across digital marketing, video editing (CapCut), Canva, and generative AI tools to build your professional skill set.

• Create High-Impact Video Content: Script, design, and edit engaging promotional videos, reels, and tutorials for w3codex using proven hooks and modern AI-driven workflows.

• Execute Organic Marketing Campaigns: Publish and distribute content across YouTube, Facebook, and social platforms, applying SEO strategies and organic reach tactics to boost brand visibility.

• Support Growth & Lead Generation: Help drive audience engagement and customer outreach through email campaigns, f-commerce setups, and continuous performance tracking.

We train you from your first day. Sometimes that is a written guide or a video. You do real work on real projects, not intern busywork, and the allowance is paid every month from month one.

Allowance:

Month 1-3: 5,000 BDT/month

Month 3-6: 8,000 BDT/month

After six months 18,000 BDT/month.
