Responsibilities & Duties
Manage and maintain the company’s Facebook Page and other social media platforms.
Create and publish regular social media content, including posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
Design attractive product images, promotional banners, social media posts and other marketing creatives.
Create and edit short promotional videos, Reels and product videos.
Create basic motion graphics and animated promotional content.
Plan and execute Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns to generate sales, leads and customer engagement.
Set up and manage Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, Conversion Tracking and basic Meta Conversion API (CAPI).
Monitor and optimize ad campaigns based on performance, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
Conduct basic audience research, retargeting and customer segmentation.
Perform basic SEO activities for the company website, including keyword research, on-page SEO, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking and image optimization.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
Create engaging marketing captions, product descriptions, ad copy and promotional content.
Use Canva, Photoshop or similar tools for graphic design and CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools for video editing.
Use AI tools to assist with content creation, image/video production, research and marketing activities.
Maintain a monthly content and marketing plan.
Track digital marketing performance and prepare basic weekly/monthly reports.
Stay updated with Facebook/Meta advertising trends, social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
Work independently, meet deadlines and take initiative to improve the company’s online presence and sales.
