• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our educational programs, admission requirements, and available support services.

• Build rapport with potential students and address their inquiries regarding program details, curriculum, tuition fees, financial aid options, and career prospects.

• Utilize effective sales techniques to engage and persuade prospective students to enroll in our programs.

• Provide personalized guidance and counseling to students to help them select the most suitable program based on their interests, goals, and academic background.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on leads.

• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and educational policies to provide accurate information and advice to students.

• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance sales and counseling skills.
