Job Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Create, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

• Assist in Facebook Ads and Google Ads management.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Coordinate with the content and design team.

• Generate leads and support sales growth through digital channels.

• Any other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

• Workplace: Office-Based

• Office Hours: 9 Hours per Day

• Salary: BDT 15,000 - 25,000 BDT per month

• Performance Bonus: Monthly

• Salary Review: Every 6 Months

• Festival Bonus: 2 per year
