Cozy Cub is a growing baby wear brand committed to comfort, quality, and style. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Executive to strengthen our online presence and engage with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Manage daily social media activities, including posts, comments, and messages

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a professional brand tone

• Build and maintain strong customer engagement through interactive content

• Monitor social media trends and suggest new ideas to increase reach and engagement

• Coordinate with design and sales teams for campaign execution

• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports on engagement and growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing

• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English

• Creative mindset with a good sense of design and content trends

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently

• Familiarity with social media tools and basic analytics
