∎ Masters/ Honors in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Micro Finance, SME
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Micro-Credit, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequent branches visit as per the work plan
∎ Observe loan disburse activities
∎ Update Register and file regularly
∎ Communicate with the borrower's, their guardians and the guarantor
∎ Verify all the required loan documents and loan postings by the name of the borrower's
∎ Identify the real reasons of low growth of portfolio whether there is sufficient opportunity to grow
∎ Check whether the debt and savings statements of the debtor at the field level have been properly issued by the Relationship Officer
∎ Follow up on whether the problem identified in the latest audit report of the branch has been resolved
∎ To Identify the defalcated borrower's and take proper initiative to recover overdue.
∎ Loan visit & submit report
∎ Documents checking
∎ Find Financial Misappropriation
∎ Staff Monitoring
∎ Skill Development of Staff
∎ Assist in field operation
∎ Reporting
∎ Team Work
∎ Survey Follow up
∎ Report Cross Checking

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 2 years' experience as a Loan Review Officer in Micro Enterprise
∎ Ability to undertake regular field visits.

Salary: Tk. 24502 - 30502 (Monthly)
