Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicants should hold a diploma degree from a Polytechnic Institute or any equivalent training institute on different types of trade or bachelor degree in related Field

∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the assessment of training needs and partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
∎ Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
∎ Assist the line supervisor, pre-vocational training instructors in ensuring respective implementation plans in line with the project requirements and standards.
∎ Assist to prepare Training map and location
∎ Assist to establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
∎ Assist in providing technical support to the Pre-vocational instructors from host community on skills development related program interventions.
∎ Assist to support vocational training instructors to generate working documents to facilitate project implementation.
∎ Assist in the Multi-purpose adolescent center.
∎ Assist in rolling out of the pre-vocational and occupational skill training within the established Multipurpose Children and Adolescent learning centres.
∎ Assist in tracking and manage activity to ensure timely and cost effective project implementation.
∎ Assist participants in project management meetings, camp level education engagements and working group meetings within the respective camps.
∎ Assist to identify capacity gaps for pre-vocational training instructors and work with the Education Coordinator and Manager to ensure needs are met
∎ Assist to mobilize community meetings with children and key stakeholders at all implementation levels
∎ Assist to build the capacity of pre-vocational instructor on delivering the training with quality, help them to plan their training as per target group needs
∎ Assist to quality training by pre-vocational instructor with active participation in the Multipurpose Centre.
∎ Assist to handle visitors including donors, support office and national office staff, stakeholders, in line with the child protection policy and behavioral protocol.
∎ Support the line Supervisor (Camp) to produce timely, accurate, compliant and quality reports
∎ Provide information for projects design, implementation, monitoring and reporting
∎ Assist in data collection to inform documentation and reporting in compliance with project documents, agreements minimum standards and tools
∎ Compliance to the child protection policy and Education in Emergencies standards in all project interventions in accordance with the inter agency guidelines, organization policies and Global child protection minimum standards.
∎ Assist to document change stories in to share milestones and lessons learnt.
∎ Assist in prepare quality reports and submit (progress against delivery of outputs and achievement of outcomes, etc.) to the line supervisor.
∎ Facilitate meetings with RFSC community members and beneficiaries
∎ Build professional relationship with Camp authority like –CiC, Site Management and various sector representatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ A minimum of 1-2 year experience in working in TVET programs.
∎ Good English communication skills (both oral and written)
∎ Strong interpersonal relationship and team building back ground
∎ Excellent analytical, documentation, problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Possess the ability to work with different partners, local authorities, local organizations and NGOs, to develop and maintain positive collaboration and relationship.
∎ Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment
∎ Familiar with adolescent and youth development initiatives.
∎ Appropriate communication skill and approachable
∎ Must have no history of violation of children rights
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina
∎ Computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
∎ Able to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving/riding license
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
