Job Context:
∎ To work closely with the management for Information Management and reporting to ensuring the better information management services and overall reporting services of the Shelter and Site Development projects in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2023.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting the organization on adopting Macro Settlement Plan and mainstreaming the MSP at
∎ Camp level in coordination with relevant govt. and non-government stakeholders
∎ Conducting feasibility assessment for new construction considering MSP, Disaster Risk, and other guidelines
∎ Preparation of Meso Plan, Camp Plan and Site Plan as required
∎ Conducting training on implementation of Site Plan and Site Planning standards
∎ Monitor Shelter Construction activities in the camp and align them with Site Plan and Site Planning Standards
∎ Mapping Shelters, existing physical features, and ongoing activities
∎ Conducting gap analysis to identify the priority projects
∎ Establish and maintain relations with all stakeholders and ensure that site planning/site development activities are conducted in a manner which guaranties staff and refugee safety in the site.
∎ Assist in any process of improving the camp environmental to provide the refugees a better living environment.
∎ Prepare regular reports on work progress of various urban planning activities and provide settlement planning inputs to the technical units through bi-weekly/monthly Situation Report and quarterly & annual report.
∎ Perform other related duties as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional experience in in the field of Urban, Rural and Regional Development Planning.
∎ Knowledge on GIS, and CAD is mandatory.
∎ Experience in use of tablets & smartphones and associated software.
∎ Good communication and networking skills both in Bangla & English
∎ Excellent computer skills with work related software packages.
∎ Able to oversee multiple tasks, prioritising and delegating as required.
∎ Knowledge of different data collection methodologies such as KOBO toolbox.
∎ Positive attitude as development worker, team worker and accommodative within team at community level along with development partners.
∎ Willingness to work in Refugee Camps.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure during emergency response

Salary: Tk. 85657 (Monthly)
