Responsibilities & Context:

A renowned interior & Construction farm is looking for minimum 2-4 years experienced, hard working, dedicated & honest "Site Engineer's" for our Interior project.

• To supervise & execute the Interior construction of the residential and commercial interior project including superstructure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.

• Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise the interior construction work.

• Train workers on the working methods to improve productivity.

• Conduct daily safety toolbox meeting briefings, and inspections of the work site to ensure compliance on safety matters.

• Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.

• Ensure site progress according to the project schedule.

• Assign work to contractors, develop payment process, liaise with contractors to ensure that the project runs smoothly.

• Generate ideas to improve productivity such as effective works method.

• Product requisition, manage site ordering, scheduling of work, cost control, and project documentation.

• Must be a team player and communicate with various personnel to ensure technical issues are resolved.

• Sketch design, municipal drawings, presentation drawings, elevations, and co-ordination with consultants.

• Proper site visit and ensure proper site measurement.

• Ensure safety rules are observed and obeyed.

• Review daily construction work and suggest any improvement measures.
