• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

·         Experienced in construction of Highrise building with single/multiple basements in construction/Real Estate sector.

·         Good in estimate and capable to prepare bill of the project, should have the knowledge to prepare cost analysis of any item related to the project

·         Preparing the project requisition & daily work schedule.

·         Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

·         Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.

·         Interacting with clients & consultant interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.

·         Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).

·         Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

·         Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies,

·         Any other tasks assign by the Management.

·         Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable Preparing, coordinating and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.

·         Evaluate work progress and prepare detailed reports as per the requirement.
