Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them with their inquiries.
∎ Provide product information, features, and benefits, addressing any customer questions.
∎ Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
∎ Ensure a positive customer experience, handling complaints or issues promptly.
∎ Ensure the showroom is well-stocked and properly organized.
∎ Assist in stock replenishment and report low stock levels to the inventory team.
∎ Monitor product displays to ensure they are tidy and visually appealing.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions in a CRM system.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
∎ Process sales orders, generate invoices, and complete necessary documentation.
∎ Help in setting up and maintaining attractive product displays and showroom layout.
∎ Ensure the showroom is clean, neat, and visually appealing to customers.
∎ Work with other sales team members to meet overall sales objectives.
∎ Attend meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory or customer service, to resolve any issues or concerns.
∎ Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
∎ Handle returns, exchanges, and warranties as per the store policies.
∎ Ensure the showroom’s security by keeping an eye on potential theft or damage to merchandise.
∎ Adhere to company security policies and report any suspicious activity.
