Responsibilities & Context:
- Leading the sales team by inspiring and motivating them to achieve targets and meet the standards required by the showroom.
- Assists customers by introducing them with company products.
- Manage and train showroom staff to provide exceptional services.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze showroom performance metrics. Such as foot traffic and conversion rates.
- Maintain ERP software for keeping inventory and accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Follow up and monitor factory or SCM department for confirming delivery and display products availability.
- Other duties and responsibilities assign by management
