Job Context:
∎ TOP Lifestyle is a sister concern of Theme Omor Plaza & it`s working with apparel/clothing. So we are looking for looking for a Showroom In-charge to work with our Sales Team.
∎ You will work to client management, Sales & Marketing; collection management, Customer satisfaction, Identifying new sales leads, Pitching products and/or services and maintaining fruitful.
∎ Relationships with existing customers.
∎ Workplace: Work at Showroom.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time (Market Time)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain, develop relationship with existing & new Customers through physical visit, Telephone or emails.
∎ Explain features, characteristics and quality of the products to customers.
∎ Achieve monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ Ensure highest level of customer care through excellent customer services.
∎ Maintain communication with existing customers.
∎ Run showroom operations smoothly and keep the showroom neat and clean.
∎ Process customer order and prepare quotation if required.
∎ Keep record of daily sales and report to Manager.
∎ Maintain store-room and inventory as per SOP.
∎ Manage inventory in optimum level to ensure smooth product supply.
∎ Prepare stock/Inventory status report for supervisor.
∎ Ensure timely product delivery and setting at customer point through distribution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Strong interpersonal skill, Strong
∎ Leadership.
∎ Must be knowledge about Computer.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Sector & Foot Wear Item.
∎ 2 to 3 years experiences as a Showroom In-charge.

Salary: Negotiable
