Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably within the real estate Background.
∎ Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, and email marketing.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools
∎ Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ A solid understanding of real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
∎ Design sales plan and review periodical.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should be able to manage big shopping malls.
∎ Candidates who have managing experience with big shopping malls will get preference.
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans for the management and development of the real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
∎ Oversee the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of properties, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to maximize profitability.
∎ Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning for the company's real estate assets.
∎ Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, contractors, and government agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development.
∎ Prepare financial reports and budgets related to real estate operations, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
∎ Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions and property management.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential tenants or buyers.
∎ Implementing improvements as necessary to enhance tenant satisfaction and maximize occupancy rates.
∎ Stay up-to-date with market conditions, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market.
∎ Leading a sales team to achieve the sales target
∎ Closely work with associated departments
∎ Establish guidelines to develop effective sales strategy and ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Create and manage database align with the organizational system
∎ Market analysis and gather market intelligence to develop effective corporate sales plan
∎ Periodical report generation and presentation as per management guidance
∎ Any other task assigned by the management as and when necessary
