Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the one of leading mobile company (vivo) flagship store operation which includes overseeing sales, staffs and inventory overall Store & Inventory related activities.
∎ Responsible for increasing retail productivity and operational efficiencies. Also responsible for increasing retail profits and reducing costs.
∎ Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet those goals. Lead staff meetings to ensure all associates stay informed
∎ Manage store budgets and maintain financial records. Oversee stock levels and order new items when required
∎ Address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. To ensure that customers are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times.
∎ Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles.
∎ Ensure various promotional materials set up and maintain brand shop appearance standard. Collaborate with the head office to ensure maintain excellent communication
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office skill required.
∎ Must have the ability to solve problems.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have the mentality to work extended hours.
∎ Looking smart, confident & strong personality.
∎ Skills Required: Proactive in-store planning skills; Self-motivated leadership; Interpersonal communication skills; Strong sales abilities; Customer service skills; Organization skills.
