Responsibilities & Context:
Manage daily operations of the retail outlet
Supervise and train store staff to maintain service and performance standards
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints effectively
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking
Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
Track sales and prepare daily/weekly reports
Execute in-store promotions and marketing activities
Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with retail standards
