∎ B.Sc in Textile (Major in Wet Processing give preference)
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Textile Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirmation accurate dyeing parameters of dying process & shade matching as per dyeing recipe.
∎ Ensure dyeing quality as per standard & achieved shift wise assigned target.
∎ Meeting per day production requirements with proper programming and planning in dyeing.
∎ Works out chemical recipes for dyes and decides on the correct treatments for different types of fabric.
∎ Supervises dyeing operatives who mix dyes and feed the fabric through the machines.
∎ Responsible for Reactive and Indigo color dyeing for knitting and woven fabric and yarn, Design preparation of fabrics.
∎ Making sure that products are produced on time and prepare batch for next production as per plan.
∎ Recipe setting for every batches & lab to bulk recipe properly adjustment
∎ Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
∎ Right first time (RFT) control of every batch.
∎ To coordinate with the Merchandising, knitting and Garments production team about fabric booking, fabric required schedule and production plan.
∎ To assist Production in all fabric & other operational related matters.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management as well as correspondence.
∎ Execute target production by maintaining all the parameters and ensure right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting, etc) as per buyer & company.
∎ To monitor hourly machine and operators are doing their job properly.
∎ Maintain & utilizing proper manpower of dyeing floor.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Management skill of manpower and machines effectively.
∎ Works with Software & Daily Production Reports/Recipe/Requisitions etc. Must have knowledge in MS Office, E-Mail.
Salary: Negotiable
