Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assigns tasks to employees on shift.
∎ Addresses and resolves customer inquiries and complaints.
∎ Engages with customers to ensure they are satisfied with service and products offered.
∎ Cleans and organizes work area (e.g. retail space, restaurant, drinks counter etc.)
∎ Orders supplies and products when stock runs low.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be friendly and calm demeanor.
∎ Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Must be a team player and able to work under pressure and in complex situation.
∎ Must have 5 years of experience in hospitality management where as 2 years in similar position.
