Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall performance of Shared Kitchen
∎ Analyze and track KPIs to improve kitchen operations performance
∎ Proactively proposing new strategies to improve our set-up
∎ Work closely with all stakeholders to optimize operations in order drive kitchens/vendors efficiency ? Prepare monthly financial result ? Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the prep time and deliver with proper packaging.
∎ Ensure a sense of urgency from all kitchen team members at all times
∎ Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
∎ Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the Vendor's preventative maintenance programs
∎ Responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning schedules for kitchen floors, mats, walls, hoods, other equipment and food storage areas
∎ Identify and solve real problems
∎ Effectively lead the development of others, including work relationships, with emphasis on an exceptional work environment for all
