Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Fine Arts from any reputed University with good academic record
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding production specifications and collaborating with the director to design the layout and look of the set using pencil sketches and software
∎ Liaising with the costume, prop, make-up, lighting and camera crews to confirm set details
∎ Supervising set making and communicating with set builders
∎ Selecting lighting, furniture, wall and floor coverings and all other props used on set
∎ Providing cost estimates
∎ Inspecting stage entrances and exits to ensure the set is positioned correctly and also performing quality assurance on all aspects of the set
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ At least 5-6 years of experience on the said post
∎ TV experience will get preference
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet Browsing, e-mail).
∎ Knowledge of 3D design, architecture or interior design would be treated as additional advantage
∎ Excellent creative intelligence and time management skills
∎ A good eye for detail and the ability to generate many ideas
∎ Ability to work independently and desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
∎ Candidate should be smart and well mannered.
