Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Conduct Install and maintenance functions of AC.
∎ · Identify the problem and provide the proper solutions to the customers.
∎ · Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
∎ · Clean, adjust and repair systems and perform warranty services.
∎ · Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
∎ · Provide support and training to the vendor if required.
∎ · Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
∎ · Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
∎ · Keep spare parts transactions maintained from the store.
∎ · Attend the assigned job as per the direction of the Section or Branch Manager.
