Responsibilities & Context:
Should be able to conduct service supports to hospital by changing the compressor of cooling systems like chiller freezer, refrigerator or any type of medical cooling systems.
Provide technical support to customers for the installation, operation, and maintenance of lab instruments.
Conduct on-site visits to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of machines.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities.
Perform installation/calibration jobs independently with the help of online support.
