• Bachelor/Honors

• BSc /MSc in EEE/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Biomedical Engineering.

• Diploma with 10 or more years experience will be accepted.

• Any reputed Private University Candidate will get added advantage.

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good verbal and written communication in [English/Bengali].

• Willingness to travel and work any where in Bangladesh.

• Certification in MGPS installation/service (if available).

• Hands-on experience with oxygen concentrators, air compressors, vacuum pumps, alarm systems, and Medical Gas Pipe Line System etc.

• Having Auto CAD Knowledge candidate will get added advantage.

• Understanding of hospital infrastructure and safety protocols.

• Install, commission, and test medical gas pipeline systems, manifolds, vacuum systems, air compressors, alarm panels, and outlets.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown service.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, leaks, and pressure regulation.

• Ensure all work is done in compliance with relevant safety, quality, and health standards.

• Prepare detailed service reports, checklists, and documentation after each visit.

• Coordinate with clients (hospital engineers, facility managers, etc.) to schedule and execute work plans.

• Train hospital staff on proper usage and basic troubleshooting.

• Support project teams during installation phases as needed.

• Clear knowledge about Company products & services.

• Meet the deadline of service demand of customer.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor progress of all current and pending issues.

• Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns.

• Act as the highest source of information for all service, inventory, and product-knowledge concerns and work process matters (for both employees and customers).

• Work as a team and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve efficiency.

• Stay up to date on Manufacturer standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company.

• Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied.

• Report to supervisor for operational achievements and progress on a regular basis.

• Follow and abide by all Company standard, regulations, and laws.
