Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and set up new Canon photocopy machines at client sites.
∎ Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, calibration, and component replacement, to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Diagnose hardware and software issues and perform necessary repairs and replacements.
∎ Respond to service calls promptly and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on business operations.
∎ Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance performed, and replacement parts used.
∎ Provide technical support to clients and users, offering guidance on machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
∎ Educate clients and users on the proper use of photocopy machines to prevent common issues.
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in photocopy equipment.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to share knowledge and best practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
