• Any Reputed Engineering University (CUET / KUET / RUET will be preferred)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare Startup

• Age At least 22 years

• 1-2 Years Experience in Laboratory equipment Servicing will be preferred for service engineer.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply for the position of Service Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.

• Provide technical troubleshooting and onsite service support.

• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.

• Prepare service reports and documentation.

• Assist sales team with technical information when required.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support.

• Follow company service policies, safety and compliance guidelines.

• Good communication & problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.

• Festival Bonus : Yearly 2 times.
