∎ B, SC Engineer from any govt/ public university or institution. (Say BUET/ BIT/ RUET/ CUET/ KUET etc.)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable of maintained CRM software for service control of Domestic, WTP, and ETP as per demand of our company without any delay.
∎ Maintain our all warehouse product stock at actual by using CRM software.
∎ Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
∎ Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
∎ Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM & Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
∎ Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
∎ Online/Digital marketing for our all product by Email, online selling agent, sms, social media etc
∎ Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products
∎ Develop the policy for foreign country marketing with our manufactured product.
∎ Doing the job with proper attention, also monitoring and maintaining good relation with clients.
∎ Keep open the cell phone always so that our clients/office can easily find to you for their urgent help full time. In no network area then divert to our others officer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years. Computer science
∎ 3 Chillah completed person will be highly priority.
Salary: Negotiable
