∎ HSC
∎ Diploma in hotel management/hospitality from any reputed educational institution will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Cafe, Comi Waiter
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cafe
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving guests appropriately.
∎ Take customers' food and beverage orders.
∎ Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table timely.
∎ Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials and try to up-sell.
∎ Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
∎ Setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.
∎ Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with quality foods and best possible services.
∎ Coordinate with Junior Waiters, kitchen staffs, cleaners and guards to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
∎ Any other jobs as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ The applicants should have 2 to 5 years practical work experience in reputed Japanese Restaurant as Waiter.
∎ Must be able to work on your feet all day
∎ Good physical & presentable will add extra value.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Must be guest service expert.
∎ Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.
Salary: Negotiable
