Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Lead Strategist and Head of the department to research people and websites.
∎ Develop optimization strategies that increase our search engine results-rankings.
∎ Research SEO keywords to use throughout our website and marketing materials.
∎ Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
∎ Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
∎ Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals.
∎ Perform and track outreach through social, email, and phone.
∎ Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy.
∎ Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
∎ Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
∎ Report to Lead Strategist and Head of the department with successes, progress, and opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.
∎ Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
∎ Experience with Google and Bing's services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
∎ Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
∎ Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
∎ Ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy.
∎ A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations.
∎ Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
∎ A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO.
∎ Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
∎ Have to be a team player.
∎ Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills.
∎ Sense of humor

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 35000 (Monthly)
