∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Experience in a broad digital marketing role with deep, hands-on expertise in SEO.
∎ Demonstrable experience and a portfolio of successful campaigns for B2B or SaaS companies. You must be able to speak to the specific strategies you've used to generate leads and revenue in a B2B context.
∎ Proven experience developing and executing organic and paid social media strategies for B2B brands, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
∎ Deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel and how to use SEO, content, and social media to nurture leads through a long sales cycle.
∎ Expert proficiency with a modern marketing tech stack such as - Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz Pro; Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager; LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social scheduling/analytics tools; Marketing Automation/CRM etc.
∎ Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources (SEO, social, PPC) into a cohesive performance story.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with content, sales, and product teams.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy focused on attracting high-intent B2B traffic (e.g., targeting problem-aware, solution-aware, and product-aware audiences).
∎ Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, focusing on commercial-intent and long-tail keywords relevant to ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
∎ Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and work with the development team to implement fixes for issues related to site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema markup (especially for software), and mobile-friendliness.
∎ Optimize all on-page elements, including content for product pages, landing pages, blog posts, and resource hubs, ensuring they are optimized for both search engines and user conversion.
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for key B2B platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Twitter, with potential activity on Facebook or other relevant channels.
∎ Create, curate, and manage a publishing calendar to grow our audience, build brand authority, and establish our company as a thought leader in the industry.
∎ Manage both organic and paid social media campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads / Linkedin Sales Navigator to target key decision-makers, promote lead magnets (e.g., white papers, webinars), and drive demo requests.
∎ Monitor social channels for customer feedback, industry trends, and opportunities for engagement. Actively participate in conversations and build our community.
∎ Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize a content marketing funnel that moves prospects from awareness (TOFU) to consideration (MOFU) and decision (BOFU).
∎ Provide SEO insights to guide the creation of high-value content assets like white papers, case studies, webinars, "alternative to" pages, and in-depth guides.
∎ Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Meta Ads), with a focus on maximizing ROAS and generating qualified MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
∎ Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track performance and deliver actionable insights to the team.
∎ Conduct A/B tests on landing pages and CTAs to continuously improve conversion rates for key actions like demo requests, free trial sign-ups, and resource downloads.
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical SEO & Digital Marketing Expert with proven experience in the B2B or SaaS sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at increasing organic visibility, driving qualified leads, and ultimately contributing to revenue growth. You will own our SEO strategy from top to bottom and play a key role in our broader digital marketing initiatives, ensuring all efforts are aligned with the unique B2B buyer's journey.

∎ SEO Strategy & Execution:
∎ Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy focused on attracting high-intent B2B traffic (e.g., targeting problem-aware, solution-aware, and product-aware audiences).
∎ Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, focusing on commercial-intent and long-tail keywords relevant to ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

∎ Analyze content performance and identify opportunities to update, repurpose, or consolidate existing content to improve search rankings and user engagement.

∎ Performance Marketing & Analytics:
