Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: SABRE,AMADEUS
∎ Training/Trade Course: GDS,IATA,TICKETING
∎ Skills Required: Reservation/ Ticketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reservation/ Ticketing

Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Elephant Road ,
∎ Office timings : 10.30 am to minimum 7.45pm (depends on work)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating PNR, issuing and reissuing, refund ticket using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
∎ Complete knowledge about ADM policies , BSP Link, IATA regulations.
∎ Book hotels, excursions, transfers using booking engines
∎ Monitoring ticket status
∎ Manage Daily Official works.
∎ Ability to Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Deal with incoming emails including corresponding with local and overseas vendors.
∎ Fluent in English corresponding.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proper knowledge about issue , re-issue, ADM policy and total ticketing knowledge
∎ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in any reputed IATA travel agency.
∎ Sound knowledge in Global Distribution System (Amadeus, Galileo and SABRE).
∎ Complete knowledge of issuing , re-issuing, void and refund ticket
∎ Complete knowledge about BSP LINK, ADM policies and IATA regulations.

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Employee personal sale commission is allowed.
