Educational Requirements:
∎ Required: Post Graduate/ Master's degree in Medicine/ Public Health/ Communications/ Social Sciences/ Public Policy/ Economics/ Development Studies or other similar discipline.
∎ Preferred: Any other courses completed relevant to the job description and/or having training on public procurement system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Required: Candidates must have at least 7 years of working experience in the health sector in the following areas:
∎ Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
∎ Demonstrated experience working government
∎ Demonstrated experience to facilitate meetings, seminars, workshops etc. with the government and non-government stakeholders.
∎ Proven experience in preparing communication and advocacy materials for stakeholder engagement including translating complex data into policy level messaging
∎ Proven experience providing high quality technical assistance to the government and non-government stakeholders and support them with necessary information, analysis, and documents.
∎ Demonstrated experience in program management including monitoring and analysing the progress and initiating action
∎ Preferred: Experience in working with the public procurement system.
