Penston is the Accredited Academic Partner of various British Education Boards offering Post-Secondary British Qualifications. In addition, we are the Official IELTS Examination Centre in Dhanmondi and Uttara.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Computing/Math/Physics Teacher for a range of Courses that we offer under British Education Boards.

Candidates have to conduct classes offline and online, prepare lesson plans, assess student assessments, attend to student queries and support in academic administration as required.

1. Teaching and Curriculum Development

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive classes offline and online at a senior level, covering subjects such as Computing, Math and Physics.

• Develop, update, and enhance curriculum materials and lesson plans to meet academic standards and student needs under NCC Education UK.

• Assess and evaluate students` progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.

2. Academic Leadership

• Support the Academic Head overseeing the academic development and progress of the institution.

• Assist in the development and implementation of academic policies, procedures, and strategies to improve educational outcomes.

• Monitor and maintain high academic standards within the business department, ensuring consistency and quality in teaching methods and materials.

• Mentor and support junior teachers within the department, providing guidance on curriculum delivery, assessment, and classroom management.

3. Administrative and Managerial Duties

• Assist in managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring adherence to institutional policies and procedures.

• Participate in scheduling classes, coordinating exams, and preparing academic reports.

• Contribute to student discipline and counselling as required, promoting a positive and respectful environment.

• Handle parent and student concerns related to academic issues and provide support as necessary. 

4. Student Development and Extracurricular Activities

• Encourage and support students` personal and academic growth through mentorship, guidance, and involvement in extracurricular business-related activities.

• Organize and supervise events, workshops, and competitions related to business education.

• Provide career counselling and academic guidance to students interested in pursuing business studies at higher education levels. 

5. Leadership and Strategic Planning

• Collaborate with the Management and other office staff to plan and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the organization`s reputation and educational quality.

• Participate in faculty meetings, contribute to policy-making and lead staff training sessions.
