Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual who wants to make a difference in students' life. You will join a dynamic international team and will be responsible for converting enquiries from students who are interested in studying in the UK, especially from Bangladeshi or Indian nationals. Your responsibilities would include converting enquiries into applications and then enrolments to our partner universities.
∎ Understanding Entry requirements of studying in the UK. (Training provided)
∎ Understanding the different admissions policies of our competitors, partners & other universities (Training provided)
∎ Ability to work within a team and meet the target.
∎ Understanding different cultures, and working with students/colleagues/partners of different backgrounds
∎ Ability to handle new students and their enquiries day-to-day via phone, email, or text
∎ Ability to work tasks and project base to accomplish it within the time frame.
∎ Ability to complete a task on time and work under pressure following time and action plan for each task/project
∎ Ability to communicate with the University to get desired responses within the time frame.
∎ You will also need to contact and meet the students face to face
∎ Should have analytical assessment power to assess students' profiles based on the requirements.
∎ Discuss Student options and find the Suitable UK University based on their academics, English and financial suitability
∎ Attend Education Events in Bangladesh Regions.
∎ Plan Recruitment Trips in the target market
∎ Ability to process the application without any error to the UK University portal, UCAS-Myriad, Edtech and etc Online portal
∎ Manage your student application portfolio through regular follow up.
∎ Ability to forecast your application portfolio to a final enrolment to our operations team and partner universities through CRM
∎ Liaise with the application and Compliance Team to convert students in an honest, ethical and compliant manner.
∎ Ability to self motivate and self manage your student portfolio through positive relationship management.
∎ Ability to achieve day targets and work with the conversion team to reach & exceed goals
∎ Understand Conversion techniques to meet the target.
∎ Liaise with our Partner Universities in a professional and timely manner.
