• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

• Provide personalized counseling to students and their families regarding study abroad opportunities.
• Assess students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable international education options.
• Guide students through the application process, including university selection, application submission, and required documents preparation.
• Assist students with visa applications, scholarship opportunities, and accommodation arrangements.
• Conduct seminars and workshops to provide information about study abroad programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in international education and immigration policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and educational organizations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote study abroad programs and services.
• Track and report on student progress and outcomes to the management.
• Mentor and train junior counselors to enhance the team’s overall performance.
