∎ We`re looking for an eligible student counsellor for our company who`ll meet below-mentioned criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of Pioneer's partner educational institutions.
∎ Virtual and offline meeting correspondence with the international delegates via video meeting, mailing, seminar, and courtesy meeting.
∎ Advising & Counselling students on their higher education options abroad and online.
∎ Motivate students over the phone for target marketing.
∎ Assisting students with the application process.
∎ Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa application.
∎ Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order.
∎ Co-ordinate with in-house Application and Visa filing department to ensure proper application of students
∎ Proactively assists potential students by providing information on program offerings and answering questions
∎ Actively pursue and contact potential students, provide guidance regarding their choice of courses while focusing on persuading to use services offered by Pioneer.
∎ Establishes, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and confidentiality.
∎ Generating lead and organizing as well as conducting promotional activities.
∎ Establishing a campaign in order to enlist potential educational institutes with which we have a good alignment based on the subject that they offer.
∎ Support the student through the admission, visa, and pre-departure process.
∎ Responsible to Guide the student for SOP and other documentation.
∎ Skill requires on VISA submission to Embassy.
∎ Guide the student for university interview (FAQ).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, friendly nature, should be able to understand the individual needs of prospective clients.
∎ IELTS scorer or relevant work experience or spontaneous and presentable personality will get high preferences.
∎ Understanding the emotional challenges students face regarding application and results anxiety.
∎ Candidates must be active, dynamic and should be capable to work under pressure, and must be target-oriented in their duties.
Salary: Negotiable
