Responsibilities & Context:
Provide advanced and specialized nursing care in NICU and ICU
Perform neonatal cannulation (IV access) independently and safely
Collect and manage neonatal ABG (Arterial Blood Gas) samples and interpret basic results for clinical reporting
Supervise and guide junior nurses and duty staff
Monitor, assess, and document critical patient conditions and responses to treatment
Operate and troubleshoot advanced ICU/NICU equipment including ventilators, incubators, infusion pumps, and monitors
Assist consultants during complex and emergency procedures
Ensure strict compliance with infection control, safety, and clinical protocols
Participate in shift handovers, audits, and quality improvement activities
