• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

• Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery / B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid registration from Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

• At least 3 years

• Age 24 to 32 years

• Prior experience in ICU/Critical Care Unit is highly preferred.

• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

• Positive, professional, and patient-centered attitude.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ICU/Critical Care Unit of a reputed hospital.

Skills

• Sound knowledge of critical care nursing and ICU protocols.

• Skilled in monitoring critically ill patients and operating ICU equipment.

• Knowledge of ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, and emergency response procedures.

• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.

• Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations.

• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

• Monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall clinical condition.

• Operate and assist in the management of ICU equipment, including ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, and suction machines.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and assist during resuscitation procedures.

• Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.

• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.

• Collaborate with consultants, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Educate patients’ family members regarding patient conditions and care plans.

• Supervise and support junior nursing staff when required.
