Key Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance

• Strong understanding of SQA methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as mobile/web application development technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases with functional, and non-functional testing and documenting the testing process.

• Proficiency in business case analysis.

• Proficiency in complex web application testing such as Ecommerce and ERP systems.

• Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks such as Appium, Espresso or SUITes for Mobile apps and Selenium or Jest for web applications.

• Understanding of SQA best practices and the ability to create processes that drive product quality.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative and iterative programming environment.

• Experience in communicating with both technical and non-technical overseas teams.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance especially for Mobile Applications.

• We are seeking skilled Senior SQA Engineer professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement automated testing strategies for mobile/web applications and collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to identify testing requirements, develop test cases, and report defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated testing strategies for mobile/web applications.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure that automated tests are integrated into the development process.

• Develop and execute test cases and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.

• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues found during testing.

• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues.

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and procedures and implement TDD/BDD with automated testing tools.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.
