Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/B.Sc in CSE or Equivalents from any reputed university
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional certification in OCP,Oracle corporation offered training or certification in HCM track
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding the business processes, functional configuration of SaaS based cloud HRMS application and oracle on-prem payroll.
∎ Developmental Standards business requirements and translating them into ERP solutions, business justification of the requirements.
∎ Guidelines and how to write standard reusable coding, functional design as well as technical design and architecture, consult implementation partner smooth testing and data preparation and customs reports validation.
∎ Setup and maintenance of new organization and related master data for new legal entity Post-implementation support.
∎ Enable cross-functional communication, integration of systems and process, SOPs, URS preparation and review.
∎ Comfortable with leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize decisions and tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
∎ Involved in business requirement gathering and working with stakeholders to have a clear understanding of the current situation (AS-IS) and setting expectations for future (TO-BE).
∎ Business processes reengineering, coordination with tech team for application enhancement, and pilot test.
∎ Troubleshoot issues, analyze and take appropriate action to remediate issues
∎ Develop adhoc reports to cater business needs using Oracle report developer.

∎ Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
∎ Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and support teams
∎ A desire and willingness to learn new ERP modules, tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
∎ Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Applications will be an advantage
∎ Eager to learn new concepts and technologies for digital transformation
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
