Are you an experienced Full Stack Engineer with a passion for leading teams and building exceptional web applications? We're searching for a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll not only contribute to the technical vision and development of our cutting-edge web platforms but also mentor and guide a talented team of developers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing cross-country development team of UK and Bangladesh, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment within a complex enterprise setting.

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP Laravel and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React JS, Node JS, React Native (and/or Flutter).

• Take charge of the end-to-end development lifecycle, encompassing intuitive front-end user interfaces, powerful backend services, and efficient database operations.

• Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and RESTful services to enhance application functionality and expand capabilities.

• Optimize our web applications for peak performance, speed, and scalability, ensuring a superior user experience.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack, demonstrating strong problem-solving acumen.

• Drive best practices in version control (Git), establish efficient deployment pipelines, and manage hosting tools (e.g., cPanel, FTP).

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute to strategic project planning.

What We're Looking For:

• Framework: PHP Laravel

• Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and proven experience with React.js.

• Backend development experience with MySQL and SQL Server, including a strong ability to write optimized queries and stored procedures.

• Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and external web services.

• A solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-platform optimization, and web performance tuning.

• Comfortable with version control systems (e.g., Git) and setting up local development environments.

• Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• The ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Node.js, Express.js and MySQL/MS SQL.

• Familiarity with Azure services (App Services, SQL Database, Storage, etc.) is a significant advantage.

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with WebSockets.

• Knowledge of testing tools such as Jest and PHPUnit.
