Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and inspire a high-performing cross-country development team of UK and Bangladesh, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment within a complex enterprise setting.
∎ Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Laravel and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
∎ Take charge of the end-to-end development lifecycle, encompassing intuitive front-end user interfaces, powerful backend services, and efficient database operations.
∎ Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and RESTful services to enhance application functionality and expand capabilities.
∎ Optimize our web applications for peak performance, speed, and scalability, ensuring a superior user experience.
∎ Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack, demonstrating strong problem-solving acumen.
∎ Drive best practices in version control (Git), establish efficient deployment pipelines, and manage hosting tools (e.g., cPanel, FTP).
∎ Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to SEO best practices.
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute to strategic project planning.
∎ Strong expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and proven experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
∎ Extensive backend development experience with MySQL and SQL Server, including a strong ability to write optimized queries and stored procedures.
∎ Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and external web services.
∎ A solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-platform optimization, and web performance tuning.
∎ Comfortable with version control systems (e.g., Git) and setting up local development environments.
∎ Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
∎ The ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
∎ Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
∎ Familiarity with Azure services (App Services, SQL Database, Storage, etc.) is a significant advantage.
∎ Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
∎ Familiarity with WebSockets.
∎ Knowledge of testing tools such as Jest and PHPUnit.
